Held in the beautiful and historic Christ Church, the festival offers a week of stimulating and prestigious events, hosted by some of the most influential and renowned writers and thinkers of the present day.
Offering over 250 events ranging from intimate talks by authors to topical panel discussions, exclusive private dinners in College to interviews with household names, the festival provides an exciting and diverse programme. There is also an inspiring Children’s Programme and a unique residential Creative Writing Programme.
The festival venues include not only Christ Church and the marquees on the Meadows, but also Corpus Christi College, the beautiful Sheldonian Theatre and the imposing Bodleian Library; an exceptional opportunity to visit many of Oxford’s premier locations.
The Meadows marquee provides an opportunity to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, browse the festival bookshop or relax in the café. For those wishing to stay in Oxford there are rooms available in Christ Church.
