Climate change and carbon dioxide are rarely out of the news, but what is the evidence that we are not simply going through a warm period in the Earth’s naturally varying climate? Dr Robert Mulvaney studies glaciers for the British Antarctic Survey, and he will suggest that part of the answer lies frozen into the polar ice caps themselves.

This event is part of our Clean and Green season. We are bringing together the three branches of the Science Oxford family to explore one of the most pressing problems to face us as a society: how we might all have a clean and green future. Check out all of our Clean and Green events here.
